Money through women's eyes

I’ve only just started earning my own money after finishing university — and I have no idea what to do with it. At school, no one taught us practical things like how to negotiate your first salary, how much to save, or whether taking out a mortgage makes sense. My parents say, “just put it in a savings account,” but that advice feels outdated. What I really need is a financial roadmap for my generation.

JuliaJunior Marketing Specialist | 25 years old | single

I’m a programmer — logical thinking is part of my daily routine. But managing money with my partner? That’s a whole different story.
We’re not sure how to split expenses, whether to combine our accounts, or how to plan for shared goals. At work, I follow clear procedures. In my personal finances? Total chaos. I need practical tools to help us manage money as a couple.

KarolinaIT Specialist | 28 years old | In a relationship

I run ad campaigns for big brands, but my personal finances are a constant rollercoaster. Irregular projects, maternity leave, and now trying to get back to work — I just can’t seem to build a stable financial system. I know I should secure my daughter’s future, but with such unpredictable income, I have no idea where to start.

AnnaFreelance Copywriter | 32 years old | Mother of one

I save children’s lives — but I can’t seem to “save” our household budget. My husband and I earn well, but somehow the money disappears, and we don’t even know where it goes. I want our daughters to have a secure future, but I’m missing a structured, consistent approach to family finances. In medicine, everything is evidence-based — I’m looking for the same clarity when it comes to money.

AgnieszkaPediatrician | 40 years old | Married

I built my business from scratch — but no one ever taught me how to prepare for retirement. I own a salon, but that won’t be enough to secure a peaceful future. My daughter is about to start university — how much will that cost? How do I balance our current family needs with planning ahead? I need a concrete plan — not vague advice about “saving for a rainy day".

BeataHair Salon Owner | 43 years old | Mother of a teenager

For 10 years of marriage, my husband handled all our finances. Now I’m on my own with two kids — and trying to make up for years of not being involved. I know how to manage a team and run a corporate budget, but I have no idea how to choose life insurance or plan for my children’s education. It feels like a paradox: I help my company make millions, but I can’t figure out how to plan my own retirement.
